Our partners are certified members of the Chattered Institute of Arbitrator (Uk). They have at various times acted as Counsel to parties to arbitral proceedings involving huge sums of money. We have participated in and won a number of arbitral proceedings. We offer pre-emptive advice thereby reducing and avoiding potential disputes. We counsel and use alternative resolution of disputes mechanisms such as arbitration, mediation and conciliation.
When disputes slip through the alternative means of resolving it, resort to litigation becomes inevitable. Litigation requires not only a good knowledge of the law but also tactical legal skills, organization and management skills. We are particularly experienced in using these skills in the management of every matter referred to us. For disputes that result into court actions, we prosecute and defend actions from High Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court and other special courts like the Tax Tribunal, Investment and Security Tribunal and the National Industrial Court.
