We have partners and associates in the Firm who are adept at the non-contentious aspect of admiralty practice such as ship brokering (sales and purchases), chartering agreements, marine insurance, ship financing and mortgage of ship, registration of ship/flag and obtaining necessary navigation permits as well as drafting and reviewing of ship management agreement. On the contentious aspect we represent clients with respect to dispute relating to arrest of ship and releases, maritime claims & liens, marine accidents, environmental pollution and safety management as well as representation of seamen crews.
