Chinyere Leticia Okereafor
Chinyere Leticia Okereafor is a Managing Associate in MILESTONE PARTNERS. She obtained her Bachelor Degree (LL. B) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in Enugu State in 2007. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008 and later obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from University of Lagos in 2014. She is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (UK) since 2010.
She assists and represents clients in technical and strategic business alliances and recovery. She also advises on family law and custody, commercial practice, real estate and succession planning, debt recovery and transnational business transactions. She has been particularly involved in a number of high profile Alternative Dispute Resolution cases involving mediation and arbitration where she has gained an appreciable experience over the years. She is also adept with litigation and has appeared in several superior courts in Nigeria to represent clients.
Before joining Milestone Partners, she has worked with some high profile law firms in Lagos amongst is Avatar Attorneys.
Chinyere belongs to several professional bodies such as Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, UK.
