Julius Adebowale Adigun
Julius is a Senior Associate in Milestone Partners. He attended Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State and obtained his law degree in 2005. He subsequently enrolled at the Nigerian Law School in 2009 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar the same year to practice as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Before joining Milestone Partners in 2015, Julius had worked as a counsel with two commercial law firms where he gathered considerable experience in debt recovery, insolvency, business advisory and company secretariat practice.

Presently Julius focuses on corporate commercial transactions, project finance and business advisory advising Milestone Partners’ foreign clients on alien participation in business in Nigeria and assisting in obtaining various statutory permits.

He has assisted as a counsel to grow various business from the conception of the business idea till company takes off, and he continues to provide sound legal advises to ensure full compliance with regulations.
An avid researcher and continuous legal education compliant, Julius has attended various trainings and conferences since his call to the Bar. He also loves sport, especially football.

Jude Nnanna Ezeiyoke

Jude obtained his law degree from the foremost University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State in 2006 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008 after successfully completing the Bar Finals examinations of the Nigerian law School. Jude is qualified to practice as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Before joining Milestone Partners in 2018, Jude had worked with two corporate and commercial law firms in Lagos where he garnered extensive expertise in land law and constitutional law practice. Jude has rendered legal opinions for companies in the maritime and banking industry on various areas of law, drafted security documentation for Banks including Mortgages and syndicated loan and syndicated loan exit plan agreements. Jude has handled both criminal and high profile commercial matters at various superior courts of Records in Nigeria.

He has constantly developed himself through formal and informal trainings and has accumulated enormous points through the continuous legal education programme
